Create it

New skills start as version 0.1.0 and visibility private, so only you can see it at first.
Add extra files (optional)
If your skill ships a references/, scripts/ or assets/ folder alongside SKILL.md, your tool packages them into a zip and uploads it with a short-lived
upload token.
List it and submit
- Set visibility to public (or unlisted to make it installable by code or link without ever appearing in the marketplace).
- Submit it with a version number.
