Everything draws from your plan's monthly pool first: AI work, phone numbers, calls, texts, and more Nebo Cloud computers. When the pool runs out, any gift credit you have pays next, then your credit balance.Add a one-time credit pack, or turn on auto-reload on the web so a pack is added when your balance runs low.
Need more each month? Choose a bigger plan in the app: Settings → Account → Plan.
Add funds
- Go to Billing in your account.
- Under Prepaid balance, select Add funds.
- Choose a credit pack ($25, $50 or $100), then select Review payment.
Credit packs are one-time. Credit expires 12 months after purchase. It's used for AI work beyond your plan. There's no fee: a $25 pack costs $25.
The credit that expires soonest is used first. Your Inbox tells you 30 days before any credit expires, and the Usage page shows each purchase with its expiry date. Credit bought in the iPhone app never expires.
Turn on auto-reload
- Go to Billing and select Set up next to Auto-reload.
- Turn on Enable auto-reload.
- Set the balance that triggers a reload, and choose the credit pack to add ($25, $50 or $100).
- Select Save auto-reload.
Auto-reload is off until you turn it on, and it's set up on the web. It adds one credit pack from your saved card when your balance falls below the amount you set, and that credit also expires 12 months after purchase. Edit or turn it off at any time.
Checking your balance
Your plan and balances are in the app under Settings → Account.
The Billing page shows your credit balance and how much of your plan you've used this month, as a percentage. The Usage page has the details.
