A bot is a running copy of Nebo. One on your own computer needs that computer on, awake and running Nebo to be reachable — "Offline" means it isn't right now.
On your computer
- Turn on or wake the computer the bot runs on.
- Open Nebo on that computer if it isn't already open.
- Make sure that computer is connected to the internet.
- In the mobile app, pull down to refresh, or tap Try again. The bot shows Online again once it reconnects.
Until then, you can pick another bot: tap Switch bot if you have more than one.
On Nebo Cloud
A bot running on a Nebo Cloud computer is meant to stay on. If a Nebo Cloud bot shows Offline, it isn't something to fix on your end — contact support.
