You can delete your NeboAI account from the mobile app or from neboai.com.
On iPhone or Android
- Open the NeboAI app.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
On the web
- Go to Settings → Profile.
- Choose Delete Account.
What happens
- Your cloud bots and everything in them are deleted.
- Bots on your own computer disconnect from NeboAI and keep their files on that computer.
- Your paid plan on neboai.com is cancelled.
- An App Store subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it separately: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Your bots' email addresses and phone numbers stop working.
- Your account closes right away, and everything above is permanently removed within 30 days.
- For 7 days you can restore it by signing in again. After that, it can't be undone.
Restoring your account
Within 7 days, sign in the way you used to: with your email, Google, Apple or GitHub. Choose Restore my account. Your bots come back. A few things don't:
- Subscribe to your plan again.
- Your phone numbers were released.
- Sign in again on your other devices.
