Share your phone's location with employees

Your phone can share its location with the employees you choose, for nearby information, arrival estimates, and location-based tasks.

Turn on location sharing

1. Open the NeboAI app and go to Account, then Location.
2. Choose While using Nebo to share while the app is open.
3. On iPhone, you can also choose Also in the background to keep allowed employees updated when Nebo isn't open — this stays on until you change it. Android shares only while Nebo is open.

Allow an employee to use it

Turning on location sharing for your phone doesn't allow every employee to use it. For each one:

1. Open that employee's settings.
2. Go to Location access.
3. Turn on Allow location access.

Location access lets an employee use your location — it doesn't let it notify other people; that's a separate permission. Turn sharing off at any time from Account → Location.
