Finally know what people really mean when they write to you.
You get a lot of words coming at you. Customer reviews, support emails, survey replies, comments. Somewhere in that pile is the angry customer about to leave, the idea everyone keeps repeating, and the thank-you you never saw. Reading it all line by line is exhausting, and the important stuff slips through.
Hand it to your agent. Paste in the messages and it tells you the mood behind them, pulls out the topics that come up again and again, flags names and details worth noticing, and even spots what language someone wrote in. You get the gist in seconds, in plain words.
