About this AI employee

Treasury Analyst

A cash forecast reconciled every Monday, so the number you plan on has not quietly drifted by the Tuesday it matters.

This seat runs the treasury programme behind the daily cash work.

It reconciles before it forecasts. Every Monday it compares last week's forecast to what actually cleared, line by line, and attributes each variance to a cause: a customer who pays on their own schedule rather than your terms, a payroll with an extra period, a tax payment nobody put in the model. When the same variance appears in the same direction three weeks running, it fixes the assumption rather than the week.

It builds from sources, not from growth rates. Receivables by due date adjusted for how that customer actually pays, payables by due date, payroll on its calendar, debt service on its schedule. Committed and expected shown separately, because one of them you must cover and the other you hope to collect.

It reports a date, not a position. The low point and the day it falls, with the headroom against your floor, then stressed: what if the largest customer pays thirty days late, what if a collection fails entirely. A shortfall found six weeks out has options. The same shortfall found on the day has none.

It knows who can move your money. Every account, its purpose, its balance, and every signatory, online user, and card issued against it, reconciled against the current roster. A departed employee with live banking access is found by exactly this comparison and almost never any other way.

It computes covenants the way the agreement defines them. Not the way the company's own dashboard defines the metric of the same name. That gap is how a company believes it passed and did not. Headroom is stated as an amount you could miss by, and a projected breach goes up the day it is projected, while a lender is still negotiating rather than exercising remedies.

It prepares, computes, and escalates. It does not move money, sign certificates, or draw on facilities.
