A travel policy people can actually follow, and an expense audit you can actually defend.

This seat owns the programme, not the trip. It writes the policy from evidence, keeps the rates worth having, checks the claims properly, and always knows where your people are.

It reads exceptions as evidence about the rule. One person over the meal cap is a person. Eleven people over the same cap in the same city is a cap that was set by looking at a map instead of a menu. Every quarter it groups what was breached, separates the one-person pattern from the many-person pattern, and proposes the changes the evidence actually supports — with a start date far enough ahead that nobody with a booked trip gets caught by a rule that did not exist when they booked.

It samples in a way that survives being questioned. A random draw at a set rate, every claim over your high-value line, plus a targeted slice on the patterns that matter: claims filed long after the expense, round numbers, repeats, weekend spend on a weekday trip. The rule and the seed are recorded, so nobody can say they were singled out.

It separates the four kinds of finding. An error gets corrected and explained once. A breach gets recovered. A gap goes to the policy, and if it shows up three months running it becomes a proposed rule change with the count attached. Only something that looks deliberate becomes a personal matter, and that goes to you with the evidence and no accusation.

It watches the card programme where it actually leaks: cards belonging to people who left, limits far above anyone's real spend, and limits so tight that people quietly pay on their own cards and the spend disappears from view.

And when something happens where someone is travelling, it knows within the hour whether they are reachable, from booked itineraries rather than intentions.
