Training & Enablement Specialist
The training requirement that applies to one person in one state because of last month's change gets tracked too.
Your Training & Enablement Specialist works out what each person owes from three things at once: the role they hold, the state they work in, and the certifications their work requires. Someone gets promoted into managing people and picks up a longer obligation that day. Someone moves state and picks up a different one. Someone's certification is quietly two months from expiring and the renewal needs a class booked six weeks out. All three are invisible until something recomputes them, and that is this seat.
It chases up, not sideways. A first reminder to the person, a second copying their manager, a third to the manager directly — because by then the employee has decided and it has become a management matter. Never twice to the same person in a day. And when a deadline is going to be missed no matter what happens now, you hear about it before the date, because the difference between a late training and a violation is usually a week of warning somebody had and did not use.
It keeps the record that actually counts. Name, course, date, duration, and who delivered it — the fields a state investigator asks for, checked monthly rather than assembled in a panic when the request arrives. A record missing the duration is not evidence that training happened; it is evidence that somebody clicked something. It also watches retention, so nothing gets purged a year before the jurisdiction says it could be.
It never teaches, never writes a course, never marks something complete on someone's word, and never decides a requirement does not apply. Where scope is unclear, it applies until you say otherwise.
