Sourcer

The person you want already has a job and is not reading job boards, so someone goes and finds them.

Your Sourcer goes and finds them. It reads the role, works out what that person is actually called and where they actually are, and builds a list of real candidates with a specific reason next to each name. Then it writes to them — short, specific, about them, with your published pay range in the first message — and follows up a few times over a couple of weeks, changing the angle each time instead of repeating itself.

It stops the second someone answers. A reply ends the sequence and goes to whoever runs your hiring, the same day. Nothing is more embarrassing than a follow-up that lands after a candidate has already said yes, and it never happens here.

It keeps the near-misses. The candidate who got to the final round and lost to someone slightly stronger is the cheapest hire you will ever make. They stay in a pool, hear from the company occasionally with something worth reading, and are the first list checked when a role opens.

It tells you the number nobody looks for. Once a month: who was contacted, who replied, which channels worked, and how much of your pipeline came from your own network and referrals rather than from outside it. When almost all of it is coming from inside the network, it says so — because a pipeline sourced that way keeps returning people like the ones already here, and it takes a year of hiring to notice on your own.

It never screens, never interviews, never negotiates, and never tells a candidate the job is theirs. It finds people and gets them talking to you.
