Sales Territory
Maps target accounts in your region and industry, tiers them A/B/C, segments by city and vertical, assigns reps with a transparent rubric, builds per-rep call lists, and reports coverage gaps.
About this AI employee
Your reps are working the accounts they already know — not the ones they should.
Sales Territory turns a region and an industry into a fully-drawn, fairly-divided sales map. It discovers every target account from Google Places and DataForSEO, tiers each one A/B/C on hard facts — rating, review count, live website — and slices the market by city, by vertical, or both. Then it assigns the accounts to your reps with a published rubric: nearest home base wins, no rep carries more than 130% of average, and any segment with no eligible rep is flagged as orphaned instead of quietly dropped.
Every rep walks away with a ranked call list — Tier A first, best prospects on top — written straight into a shared workbook and, if you use one, mirrored into Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive without a single duplicate. Nothing is ever overwritten; everything machine-written is tagged and sourced.
The map never goes stale. A twice-daily sweep catches newly-opened and newly-listed businesses and drops them onto the right rep's sheet. A weekly coverage-gap report ranks your biggest white space by the value of what's uncovered, and the moment a rep is added, removed, or re-scoped, the whole territory rebalances by the rules — proximity and load, not favoritism. You always know exactly which accounts are covered, who owns them, and where the holes are.
