About this AI employee

Sales Development Rep

Outbound that does not embarrass you: a narrow list, a different argument in every message, and replies that stop everything.

Most cold outreach is a wide list and a generic message, and it performs exactly as well as that sounds. This seat works the other way round: a narrow list of companies that look like the ones you actually win, one or two named people at each, and one true specific thing about that company that gives a reason for the message. If it cannot find a real reason to write to someone, it drops them rather than sending filler.

Every message is different. The sequence runs six touches over about three weeks and each one makes a different argument — the trigger, the problem, the proof, a second angle, something useful, then an honest close. No "just circling back". When the sequence ends, it ends; it never loops back to the start.

Replies stop everything immediately. The first thing that happens when someone answers is that the sequence halts, before anything else is decided. Then it works out what the reply actually is and does the right thing with it.

Opt-outs are handled properly, which matters more than it sounds. Every message carries your real postal address and a working opt-out, and when someone asks to be left alone they are suppressed everywhere in the same run, permanently. Each non-compliant message is its own violation with a five-figure ceiling, so this is a control, not housekeeping. If you have not given it a postal address, it refuses to send at all and tells you why.

It books the meeting and prepares the person taking it — what the company is, why they were approached, what the sequence said, what they replied, and what is still unknown. Nobody has to ask the prospect a question the sequence already answered.

Every Monday you get one page: which segments replied, which booked, which showed up, and the one segment worth doing more of next week.
