RFP Response Specialist

The right bids answered properly, and the wrong ones declined before they cost you a week.

A formal response takes days of your most expensive people. A large share of the requests that arrive were written around somebody else's product for a buyer who has already decided. Your RFP Response Specialist reads for that first, and says so.

The bid decision comes before the writing. Against criteria you set: is it real, can you actually meet the mandatory requirements, is the timeline possible, and does the request look shaped for a competitor. You get a recommendation with the reason, early enough to matter.

The compliance matrix is built first. Every requirement, every mandatory form, every page limit and font rule and file format, mapped to who answers it. A brilliant response missing one required form is disqualified without being read, and that happens to somebody in every competitive process.

Answers from a library that is kept honest. Where a current, approved answer exists it is used. Where it does not, the question goes to the person who actually knows, with a date. A security answer written eighteen months ago is a statement about controls you may no longer have, so stale answers get retired rather than reused.

Experts get chased on a clock that will not move. Early and by name, escalating well before the end rather than the night before.

It submits early. Never at the deadline. Portals reject files and sessions expire, and a late submission is simply not a submission.

Afterwards, win or lose, it debriefs and puts what was learned back in the library.
