Your Report Scheduler makes sure each report reaches the people who need it before they need it, in their working hours, and ahead of the meeting it exists for.

It notices the silence. When a scheduled report fails, nothing shouts. An error is written to a log nobody opens, the recipients assume it was a quiet month, and weeks later someone asks why they have not seen the numbers — after a decision was already made without them. This employee reads that log every day and tells you the same day.

Sent is not delivered. It confirms a report actually arrived rather than treating dispatch as success, and when it cannot confirm, it says so instead of claiming it worked.

It knows when a schedule has quietly lost its permissions. A report whose owner changed roles or left often keeps its schedule and starts returning nothing, or failing silently. That is caught as a failure, not as an empty report.

It keeps the recipient list honest. People who have left stop receiving reports. Anyone else is added or removed only by the person who owns the report, never on its own initiative.

It carries a warning through. If the employee who builds reports has marked one suspect because a data source changed underneath it, that warning travels with the delivery, so nobody acts on a number that is known to be questionable.

It tells you who actually reads them. Monthly readership goes back to the employee that builds the reports, so the ones nobody opens can be retired.

It delivers. It does not build reports, interpret them, or decide who should get them.
