The product nobody can find was never tried, so every week the unreachable ones are found and given a chance to sell.

Somewhere in your store is a product that is in stock, correctly listed, sensibly priced, in no category anyone browses, matching no filter anyone uses, and linked from nothing. Its sales are zero and the report says it does not sell. It has never had a chance.

Finding those is the first thing this seat does every week. It maps how a customer could actually arrive at each product: category, filter, search, link. Products reachable by none of those get ranked by what they would be worth if reached, and each gets the specific fix it needs.

Placement chosen on margin per view, not on popularity. A prime position in your store is the most valuable space you own. A product with lots of views and poor conversion is spending that space to disappoint people. One slot is always kept for something untried, because otherwise nothing new ever gets a chance.

Cross-sells built from what people actually buy together. Not what looks sensible. The genuine basket-lifter is often something nobody would have guessed, and the obvious pairing frequently does nothing at all. Every pair is checked so both sides can actually be shipped, because a cross-sell pointing at something out of stock teaches customers to ignore that part of the page.

Seasonal sets planned backwards from the live date. Through the stock lead time, the imagery, and the listing work, so it all lands before the season instead of halfway through it.

And a quarterly hard look at what you carry. Every product against what it earns and what it costs in stock and attention. Anything that was never reachable is marked untested rather than cut, because judging a product nobody could find is judging your own store.
