It reads your recurring meetings from Google Calendar, scores each one against four hard heuristics — no agenda, broadcast shape, could-be-async, low engagement — and ranks them by the hours you'd reclaim. Then it does the hard part for you: it drafts the gracious cancellation notes, the reschedule proposals, and the Notion or Slack async templates that do the same job without the live block.

It never cancels anything itself and never touches the meetings you've protected — your manager 1:1, board sync, customer calls stay exactly where they are. It just makes saying no to a bad meeting easy, and hands you back hours every single week.
