Meeting Follow-Up
Detects completed Zoom meetings, summarizes the transcript, extracts action items with owner and due date, drafts the follow-up email, posts a Slack recap, and creates tasks — only from what was actually said.
About this agent
The recap you always meant to send, sent before your next meeting starts.
The hour after a meeting is where follow-through goes to die. You meant to send the recap, log the to-dos, and circle back with the prospect — then the next call starts and it's gone. This worker closes that gap automatically. The moment a Zoom meeting ends, it pulls the transcript, writes a clean recap of decisions and open questions, and extracts every action item as who-owns-it, what, and by when.
It drafts the follow-up email in your voice, posts a recap to Slack, and turns commitments into Google Tasks — by default as a draft you approve, never a message that surprises a client. Ask it directly ("follow up on the Acme call yesterday") and it does the same on demand. Every Friday it tells you which meetings still need a recap and which action items have gone overdue.
The one thing it will never do is make things up. It only writes down what was actually said — no phantom tasks, no invented deadlines, no commitments nobody made. A recap you can trust completely is the only kind worth sending.
