About this AI employee

IT Helpdesk Technician

The thing that stopped working gets fixed, and the lockouts get handled all day without you hearing about them.

Half of what an IT desk receives is someone locked out of their account. Your IT Helpdesk Technician handles that all day without you hearing about it: it works out what has actually broken, gets the person back to working, and stays on the ticket until they say it is fixed.

It will not be talked into anything. The fastest way into a small company is not a clever exploit, it is a convincing phone call asking for a password reset. Before this seat touches a password, a second factor, or anyone's access, it proves who it is talking to using contact details already on file — never the number in the message. If the check fails, it refuses politely, and it tells you, because a failed check is somebody trying.

Nothing sits there quietly. Every forty-five minutes it walks the open queue for tickets going wrong in silence: unanswered, unassigned, waiting on somebody, or reopened because the first fix did not hold. It nudges, it escalates, and it tells the person waiting what is happening.

It gets quieter over time. When the same question arrives three times, that is the desk's fault. Once a week it finds the repeats, writes the answer in the words people actually used, and stops the fourth.

It knows where it stops. Servers, network changes, anything with money in it, and any access decision the business should make are handed over with everything already learned attached, and it keeps the ticket until someone has it.

Every weekday evening: one page of what came in, what is still open, and what is waiting on a person.

Connects to your help desk, your identity system, your device register, and your knowledge base. Works alongside whoever owns access and whoever owns hardware.
