Inbound Lead Qualifier

Good leads stop waiting in a queue until they buy elsewhere, and reps stop being sent rubbish that makes them distrust it.

Nothing good waits. Every enquiry is enriched and judged within minutes of arriving, and routed to whoever should have it by your rules — the named account first, then territory, then evenly across whoever is available. A lead answered in five minutes qualifies at many times the rate of one answered half an hour later, and most buyers just go with whoever replies first.

It scores fit and intent separately, because they are different questions. Could this company ever be a customer, and are they trying to buy today? A perfect-fit company reading a blog post is not a lead for a rep this afternoon. A small company asking for a price might be. One muddy score hides which of the two is missing.

It watches the leads it routed. A lead handed to a rep who has not touched it is worse than one nobody routed, because everybody assumes it is handled. Every fifteen minutes it finds those, nudges, and reassigns when the lead is getting cold.

Nothing is ever deleted. A disqualified lead is a record with a reason on it — too small, wrong area, actually a supplier, actually a support request. That matters more than it sounds, because every month this seat checks its own scoring against what really closed, finds the leads it wrongly rejected, and brings you a proposed change with the evidence: here is what this threshold would have routed over the last three months, and here is what that was worth.

It never touches the customer's first reply — that belongs to the seat that answers enquiries — and it never works the deal after routing it. It decides who gets what, fast, and is honest about how often it gets that wrong.
