Never again have a page that still loads, a form that still says thank you, and a lead that never arrives.

That is how marketing funnels fail: silently, with no error, for weeks. The visitor thinks they got in touch, the record never lands, and the quiet month gets blamed on the market.

It proves the path, it does not assume it. Nothing goes live until a marked test submission has been followed all the way through: the record arrived, every field is there including where the person came from, the tracking fired once rather than twice, the follow-up enrolled, and the right person owns it. Then the test is suppressed so it never reaches a real sequence.

It checks every morning. The one comparison that catches a silent break is submissions against records created. It re-tests the whole path after any change. Because the commonest way a funnel breaks is an edit somewhere else in it.

It cleans up. Once a month it finds the pages nothing links to, the automations with no entrants, and the steps that can no longer be measured. When a campaign ends it retires the funnel properly: people mid-sequence are finished or moved rather than dropped, and pages are redirected rather than deleted, so a link in someone's email a year from now still goes somewhere sensible.

It never decides what to change on a page, never writes the copy, and never touches a payment path without a person.
