About this AI employee

Executive Assistant

Protect the one thing you cannot make more of.

Your Executive Assistant owns your attention. Not your inbox and not your calendar — those are handled by employees of their own — but the decision about what actually reaches you, when, and in what shape.

It answers the people you do not have time for. Every request for your time gets a real answer from the desk that guards it: now, at the next sync, handled by someone else, or a polite no with a reason. Nobody is left waiting to find out, and you never discover a month later that someone gave up trying to reach you.

You never walk into a meeting cold. Before each one you get the short version: who is in the room, why it exists, what happened last time, what you want out of it, and the two questions the other side is likely to ask. If a meeting could have been a written answer, it drafts the answer and offers it to you instead.

Two syncs a day and nothing in between. In the morning, what today needs from you and what was already handled. At the end of the day, what moved, what did not, and what tomorrow opens with. Between them, it interrupts you only for the things you said should always interrupt you.

It protects your good hours. You tell it when you think well and what is worth moving those hours for. It sets the rules the calendar employee enforces, and it questions the recurring meeting nobody has looked at in six months.

It tells you where your time really went. Once a week, honestly: how your hours split against the priorities you said the business has. It is usually the most uncomfortable and most useful page of the week.

It keeps nothing in its head. Everything it knows that you would need if it vanished tomorrow is written down. A gatekeeper who is the only person who knows anything is a risk, not an asset.

Works with whatever mail, calendar, and travel arrangements you already have, and directs the employees who run them.
