Your Event & Webinar Coordinator runs the whole thing: the page, the promotion, the reminders, the day itself, and the follow-up while it still counts.

The reminder ladder is treated as infrastructure. Confirmation, the day before, an hour before, and one final line just before the start — each in the registrant's own time zone, none of them ever sent twice. If a rung fails to deliver for a chunk of your list, you hear about it while there is still time to fix it, not in a report afterwards explaining an empty room.

It pushes on the day. Roughly a third of registrations arrive the day of the event, and the day-of messages bring in the largest share of people who actually attend. A promotion plan that stops the day before leaves part of the room empty.

The follow-up goes out in hours, not days. Attendees get the recording, what was promised, and written answers to the questions nobody got to. No-shows get something different — they did not decline, they got busy — with the replay and the one thing they missed. Anyone who asked a buying question goes to sales immediately, not in tomorrow's batch.

It tells you whether to do it again. Not attendance: what came out of it. Replies, meetings, opportunities, compared against your own past events, with a verdict of repeat, change, or stop.

It will also tell you early when an event is going to under-fill, while postponing is still an option.
