Escalation Specialist

The cases that can actually cost you the customer, handled so nobody has to explain it again and silence never happens.

Your Escalation Specialist takes the ones nobody wants: the customer who has written three times, the account whose renewal is coming up, the ticket about to miss its deadline, the message that mentions a lawyer. It picks up the whole story first, answers in a way that ends the argument and starts the fix, and keeps every promise it makes.

Nobody has to explain it again. Before it writes a word, it has the full thread, everything this customer has ever raised, what they were promised before, and whether that promise was kept. When it hands a case to someone else, all of that goes with it.

Silence never happens. Every open case has a time by which the customer will hear something. When that time comes, an update goes out — even when the update is that there is no news yet, which is a sentence most companies are strangely unwilling to write.

It never touches your money. When a customer is owed something, it builds the case — what went wrong, what it cost them, what is proportionate, what it costs you, what this customer has already been given — and puts it in front of whoever decides, on one page, in under a minute of reading. You approve. Your finance seats issue it. Support never moves a cent.

Bugs get reported properly. With steps that reproduce it, how many other customers are hitting it, and the ticket it came from — so whoever fixes it does not have to come back and ask.

It checks that the fix held. Days after the case closes, it asks the customer whether it actually stayed fixed. No survey, no upsell, just the question. A "no" reopens the case where it was rather than starting again at the back of the queue.

And every week it tells you why. Not how many escalations you had — why you had them, which ones shared a cause, what it cost you in goodwill, and the one change that would have prevented the most of them. When the same cause shows up three weeks running, it says so.

Connects to your help desk, your email, and your issue tracker. Works alongside the rest of your support team.
