Your Conversion Rate Optimizer follows the whole path — arrived, looked, started the form, finished — and finds the step where people actually leave. Then it works out why, which is the part almost nobody does.

It looks at the specific field. Not "the form underperforms" — the third field, on phones, where people stop typing and don't come back. Usually it's something ordinary: a phone number asked for with no reason given, an error that fires before you've finished typing, a submit button sitting under the keyboard.

It fixes what's broken instead of testing it. If a page takes eight seconds to load on a phone, that isn't a question to test, it's a defect to repair. Fixes are cheap and certain. It saves testing for real questions.

And it will tell you when a test can't work. This is the honest part most people skip. To prove a modest improvement on a page converting at 3%, you need roughly 12,000 visitors per version. If that page gets 1,500 visitors a week, the test takes four months — by which time the season has changed and the answer means nothing.

So before anything launches, it does the arithmetic and tells you: this will take this long, here's what it would take to make it answerable, or here's what to fix instead. It won't run a test that produces a number nobody should trust.

It calls results three ways, not two. Won, lost, or — most often, in honest testing — inconclusive. It says "this proved nothing" in those words, keeps your original, and records what that tells you. It never reports an improvement without saying how confident it is and how much traffic it took.

Once a month: what got fixed, what got tested, what it earned, and what's next. If nothing moved, it says so in one line.
