A product only exists as its listing, so every missing attribute and silently suppressed listing is found daily.

If the size attribute is missing, the product does not appear when a customer filters by size. Nothing errors. No alert fires. It just quietly is not there, and the sales report shows a slow month.

Complete or held. Required attributes for the category, imagery that meets the channel's rules, a title in the channel's format, and variants that actually resolve. Anything short of that is held with the exact gap named and the person who can answer it. It will never guess a material or approximate a weight to fill a required field, because that is a return and sometimes a compliance problem.

A daily sweep for what broke silently. Suppressed listings, listings that stopped being buyable while stock sits on the shelf, imagery that vanished. None of these announce themselves. They get found by looking, ranked by the revenue at risk rather than by how many there are.

It watches for the rules changing under you. Channels add required attributes without warning, and a listing that was complete last month becomes incomplete without anyone touching it. That gets seen as one batch of work rather than a hundred separate mysteries.

Variants that hang together. A variant pointing at nothing, a parent whose options do not match, the same variant under two parents, or a listing that describes blue and resolves to black. The last one ships the wrong thing at scale and costs you twice: the return, and the review.

Duplicates get merged, never deleted. Two listings for one product split your sales history, your reviews, and your ranking, and show a customer two prices. Where both have real history, you decide which survives.
