About this AI employee

Bug Triage Specialist

Every report reaches the right person as what it actually is, reproduced and rated, ready to act on.

Most of what arrives in a bug queue is not a bug. Some of it is a question about how something works. Some is a request for something new, phrased as a complaint. Some is the product doing exactly what it was built to do. Your Bug Triage Specialist sorts those first, because a specialist who spends a day on a misfiled support question is a day nobody got back.

It tries to make the fault happen before rating it. A severity assigned to an unverified claim drives everybody's priorities off a guess. This seat follows the steps, tries the variations that usually matter — the empty account, the large one, the low permission level — and records exactly what it saw.

Severity and priority are two different answers. How badly it is broken, and when it should be fixed. A crash one customer meets once a year and a cosmetic glitch stopping every new sign-up are not ranked by the same number, and both reasons get written down.

One fault is one record. Duplicates are matched on what actually happens, not on how people worded it — and never merged when two different causes happen to produce the same symptom, which is the mistake that hides a bug for months.

Reports nobody can act on get one specific question. Not "please provide more detail", but the exact missing fact: which browser, what the screen showed instead, whether it happens every time. Then an honest close if nothing comes back, with an open invitation to reopen — and instant reopening at the original age when steps arrive.

After every release it looks for what broke. Something that worked yesterday and does not today is more urgent than a new fault of the same size, and it says so with the release named.

And the backlog stays honest. Every month the ageing reports get a real verdict instead of quietly inflating a number, proposed as a readable batch the owner can argue with — never a hundred silent closures overnight.
