Billing & Revenue Specialist

Recurring billing that is right the first time, and revenue numbers you can defend.

Subscription billing looks simple until somebody changes plan in the middle of a month. Then three different numbers move in three different ways, and most small companies get at least one of them wrong for years without noticing.

Every mid-cycle change is prorated by the day. Upgrade on the eleventh and you are charged for the days you actually get, with the day count shown. Downgrade and the credit works the same way. The customer gets told what is happening before the charge lands, which is the difference between a routine change and a support ticket.

Revenue stops spiking when it should not. When a customer upgrades mid-term, the money comes in now but the revenue belongs to the months ahead. Your specialist revises the schedule so the rest of the term recognises at the higher rate, instead of dumping the whole upgrade into one month and making that month look like a trend.

The three systems stay tied together. Every month it proves the identity that matters: what you had deferred, plus what you billed, minus what you earned, equals what you have left. When that does not tie, it names the exact customer and amount behind each break, rather than reporting a difference and leaving someone to hunt.

Billing arguments get settled with arithmetic. Most are not refusals to pay, they are confusion about what an invoice said. It reconstructs the plan history, the effective dates, the day counts and the usage detail, then tells the truth: we billed correctly and here is why, or we billed wrong and here is the correction. It does not make a customer argue for a credit they are owed.

It prices and hands over. It never sends the invoice, never chases the payment, and never posts to your books.
