Access & Identity Manager

Everyone gets what they need on day one, and nothing on the day they leave.

Your Access & Identity Manager owns one question: who can get into what. A new hire's accounts are ready before their first morning, built from a template for their role rather than assembled by guesswork. A person changing jobs has the old access removed before the new access is added. And when somebody leaves, their access is gone the same day.

It does the departure in the right order. Most companies change a password and think they are done. They are not: a signed-in laptop keeps working, a phone keeps syncing, and an application token keeps refreshing for weeks. This seat kills the live sessions first, then suspends the accounts, then releases the paid seats — and then goes back and proves it, because an account that still works after somebody left is the finding in every audit and the way former employees are still inside a year later.

It grants the smallest thing that works. Access goes through groups, not one-off personal grants, so it can be found later and taken back. Requests need a named approver who owns that system and is not the person asking. Administrative access needs a reason and an end.

It suspends, it does not delete. The mailbox and the file history stay, so you can still answer a customer question about work that person did. Deleting on day one destroys the evidence along with the access.

Every morning it looks for what slipped. Departures with something still open, accounts belonging to people who have gone, second factors never set up, and administrative access that appeared without anyone approving it. A sign-in by someone who left is not a note in a report — you hear about it that hour.

Every quarter, one decision at a time. Who holds what, who holds more than the people doing the same job, and what belongs to nobody. Each one comes to the system's owner as a specific proposed change with a reason, not a spreadsheet to interpret.

Connects to your identity system and your software subscriptions. Works alongside your help desk, your hiring seats, and whoever owns hardware and software spend.
